What Does a Leader Really Do?

Our most recent entry in our new U of T Talks series is What Does a Leader Really Do? from Professor Nouman Ashraf, Assistant Professor at the Rotman School of Management. In this engaging (and fun!) talk, Prof. Ashraf lays out the traits of successful leaders, inspires students to make an impact, and explains "how leadership work is people work — if you can't love them, you can't lead them."  Watch What Does a Leader Really Do? here.

We encourage you to share this video with your students, or have them register for our next U of T Talk: Why Trust Science? A Philosophical Inquiry into Reasonable Beliefs.
