Red Barn Market is looking for new additions to our meat department!We are searching for team members who have a positive and energetic personality and enjoy working with the public. Your responsibilities will include handling, preparing, and displaying various cuts of meat. If you have a love for food, great attention to detail, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to have you on board! We will provide hands-on training in cutting beef, chicken, and pork.
Responsibilities
- Meat Preparation: Cut, trim, and package meat according to quality standards.
- Display and Presentation: Arrange meat products in our cases in an organized manner, ensuring proper labeling and rotation.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the meat department and work area clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track expiration dates, and communicate restocking needs.
- Compliance: Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations.
