As the leaves change and the school year ramps up, we’re excited to share some key updates and opportunities for you and your students. Here’s what’s new at McMaster University:

NewLeadership & Civic Studies I (Wilson College) Program
We’re thrilled to launch the Leadership & Civic Studies I program, Canada’s first Combined Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and a subject of the student’s choosing. This interdisciplinary program builds leadership skills while exploring civic issues such as governance, social responsibility, public policy, and ethics.

If you are a student with natural leadership skills and are passionate about making a difference in your community, please consider being part of the first cohort of this exciting new program!

As part of its continued commitment to equity and to growing the diversity of the program community, the interdisciplinary Arts & Science Program has created an Equitable Admissions Process for Black and/or Latin American/Latinx Applicants. Students who identify as Black and/or Latin American/Latinx and meet the Program admission requirements are eligible to opt in to this process.

Graduates are now eligible for an 8-month accelerated MBA at our DeGroote School of Business.

Co-op option available beginning 2025! This 5-year program includes two 8-month paid work terms.

Enrolment targets for Fall 2025 for both the McMaster University and Mohawk College sites have increased to 250 and 120 seats respectively.
