Peninsula Co-op is inviting applications for the position of Fuel and Convenience Centre Associate (we would like to call you a Customer Service Representative). We have a part-time, 16 - 20 hrs. per week opportunity available at our Pat Bay Fuel and Convenience Centre, located at 6429 Patricia Bay Hwy, Victoria, BC. Our ideal candidate will have the availability to accommodate a diverse range of shifts which includes weekdays (evenings) and weekends.

- Always looks for ways to be helpful and go out of their way to assist others; consistently polite
- Loves the great outdoors. Rain, wind, snow and blazing hot sun mean nothing.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Good with numbers and can handle cash and other basic numerical calculations quickly and accurately.
- Looks out for their safety and the safety of others.
- Values integrity and honesty; someone to admire and emulate.
- Has reliable transportation
- Knows their way around under the hood of a car is also helpful, but not essential - we train for this.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Besides working with the best group of teammates and serving fantastic customers, you will be dispensing fuel, washing windows, checking vehicle fluid levels, cleaning, and stocking the convenience store, and generally ensuring our customers are taken care of and the location is clean and safe. We’ll also train and develop you for Shift Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Site Manager opportunities if you are looking for advancement!
