Come learn about Stewardship Opportunities in the ḰENNES (Hagan-Graham Creek) Watershed

The ḰENNES Watershed is located on the traditional territories of the W̱SÁNEĆ peoples. Covering almost half the area of Central Saanich, it provides critical habitat for many species including Cutthroat salmon. Land use activities such as residential, agricultural and industrial development have altered natural conditions in this watershed, resulting in loss of natural habitat features, erosion, and degraded water quality/quantity. We are looking for volunteers to learn more and get involved to help protect this precious ecosystem.
