Welcome to the 2023
application cycle!

Queen’s Undergraduate Admission and Recruitment Office has been off to a busy start and has begun receiving applications for Fall 2023. We continue with our mission to welcome exceptional students and offer those students an excellent educational experience.

We look forward to working with you and your students, and we have lots of new and exciting information and opportunities for students and counsellors that we are excited to share with you.
New program for September 2023!

Queen’s Concurrent Education is a 5-year, plus one summer term program that prepares secondary school graduates to become educators and qualify for Ontario College of Teachers certification.

With Queen’s ConEd, students will be working on 2 degrees simultaneously – an Honours Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology Specialization and a Bachelor of Education degree – right from day one!

Supplementary Information & Equity Self-ID form.
Supplementary Essay (SE)

The deadline to submit the SE is February 15, 2023.

Applicants to Commerce and Health Sciences are required to submit the Supplementary Essay (SE). For Nursing Science applicants, the SE remains optional but is strongly recommended. After accessing their Supplementary Essay, students must realize that the essay questions will remain valid for 30 days. They must complete and submit their Supplementary Essays within those 30 days, or the questions will change. The student will have another 30 days (or until February 15-whichever comes first) to submit their responses to the new questions.

Optional Equity Self-ID Form

One of the items on a student’s To-Do List will be the Equity Self-ID Form.

This optional form gives applicants the opportunity to self-identify as an Indigenous person, a member of a racialized or visible minority group, a person with a disability, or a person who identifies as 2SLGBTQ+.

The Equity Self-ID Form is part of the commitment that Queen’s makes to identify and eliminate barriers to education for historically and currently underrepresented groups.
