Fall 2022 Admissions
UCalgary's fall 2022 application opens on October 1, 2021. We continue to recommend that students apply as early as possible, with the first round of rolling admission offers being made in mid-November. Similar to previous years, students are able to apply for two programs within their single application and the application fee is $125 CAD for students with Canadian credentials and $145 CAD for students with international credentials.
UCalgary's Prestige and High School Entrance Award application also opens on October 1, and are available for students to submit as soon as they've completed their admission application. We have prepared short 1-page summary documents for Canadian and International applicants for your convenience.

Faculty Feature
The School of Architecture, Planning and Landscape (SAPL) teaches students how to see and think about the world around them – from objects and buildings to cities and regions. We offer introductory courses for students who know they want a professional career in city building, or want to learn more about design. For undergraduate UCalgary students, SAPL has a Minor in Architectural Studies (ARST Minor), focused on design thinking and creating, prototype designs that solve real-world problems, 3D modelling, rendering and graphic design programs that communicate design vision and strategy. When UCalgary students complete the ARST Minor and an undergraduate degree, they can apply directly into the two-year Master of Architecture (MArch) program - giving them a one-year jump start.
