Karly McMurtry transitioned from Stelly’s Secondary School directly into the Legal Office Assistant Program at Camosun College in September
2018. Karly has strong ambitions to work within the legal field, likely pursing the
paralegal pathway in the short term. As a legal office assistant graduate, Karly will
have numerous opportunities to secure employment in the industry and gain a
massive jump on her career. Down the road, Karly is considering attending law
school and is aware many of her fellow students have similar sights in pursing a law
degree. Karly has done extremely well through this program and is the first to admit
that SIP provided her with an amazing opportunity and support.
