Volunteers
are needed at in many areas!
1.
Front door – monitor
donation box, hand out programs, answer questions about the
show
2.
Games room – there
is a popcorn machine located in the games room and we need
at least 4 volunteers to man this throughout the day.
3.
Games room – smash
bro tournament we need several volunteers to assist with the
tournament and to monitor the equipment to ensure nothing is stolen.
4.
Cosplay contest – volunteers
to assist with pre-judging, contest registration and show
registration. Details will be provided.
5.
Set up / Take down – people
to help set up at 8:00 am and to help with cleanup at
7:00 pm
The town will supply Volunteers with ID this may include a t-shirt and ID badge.
Orientation session is the week prior to the event.
You will have access to the “green room” where there is a supply of bottled water and snacks. You will also receive a coupon for lunch or dinner or both, depending on how long you volunteer
