Come join the Pedalheads team this Summer! We are looking for awesome individuals who will help create breakthrough, happy dancing, high-fiving, “I did it” moments for our campers at our Bike and Trail camps.

No experience necessary, paid training provided.

We are a fast-growing leader in children’s programming who offer high-quality biking and swimming lessons across North America.

The Opportunity: We’re looking for Bike and Trail Instructors for our Summer Camps. Here’s how this job plays a role:

• As an Instructor you will spend your days outside while inspiring the next generation of cyclists. It’s active, it’s adventurous, it’s fun and it’s incredibly rewarding.
• You don’t have to be a bike expert because we provide training for our programs for you to get going in your new role!

Bike Camps:

• Langford/Colwood- Ecole John Stubbs (June 30, 2025- August 22, 2025)
• Cedar Hill – Doncaster Elementary School (June 30, 2025- August 29, 2025)
• Oak Bay-École Willows Elementary (June 30, 2025- August 29, 2025)
• Nanaimo- St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (June 30, 2025-August 15, 2025)
• Saanich- Lake Hill Elementary (June 30-August 1, 2025)

Trail Camps:

What you’d be responsible for

In addition to sharing your ideas on how we can grow, learn and build, in this role, you’ll also be:

• Teaching our daily Pedalheads camp programs for children ages 2-12 years
• Actively introduce children new bike skills
• Ensure the health and safety of children at camp
• Act as a positive role model and leader at all times
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress

Skills, knowledge and experience

Here are some of the skills / specifics that are important for this role:

• You will be at least 16 years of age by the start of camp
• Comfortable leading a group of up to 6 children (training provided)
• Committed to keeping our campers safe
• You are energetic, creative, motivated and fun
• Hold or willing to get a current Standard First Aid with CPR-C certificate
• Criminal record check required for ages 18+
• You have access to a bike and helmet and can ride a bike proficiently
