PART TIME JOB - 2-3 SHIFTS PER WEEK, 4 HOURS PER SHIFT

Duties:
- Prepare and cook fried menu items following established recipes and guidelines.
- Adhere to food safety protocols and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and freshness.
- Set up fry stations with necessary ingredients, equipment, and utensils for efficient operations.
- Handle food items for frying, including but not limited to vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients.
- Monitor fryer temperatures and cooking times to ensure proper cooking and optimal taste.
- Keep track of inventory levels for frying supplies and communicate needs to the kitchen supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fry station, utensils, and equipment for a hygienic work environment.
- Assist with other kitchen tasks as required, such as food preparation or cleaning duties.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within the food industry is advantageous.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail is crucial for accurate execution of recipes and cooking processes.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
