SEASONAL TREE HELPER
Location: McKenzie Corner, 1286 McKenzie Ave., Victoria, BC V8P 5P2
THE ROLE
We are looking for some temporary holiday seasonal help to spread a little joy in our local Christmas tree forest. While nursery or floral experience is preferred, we are currently seeking folks with warm hearts and strong hands who are ready to work outside to help our customers pick their perfect Christmas tree!
- Assist customers in their tree selection.
- Tree handling, carrying, and assisting customer’s with attaching their tree to their vehicle.
- Receive and price retail merchandise orders.
- Work collaboratively with the floral team to create custom orders.
- Work with minimal supervision and be a team player.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
- Outstanding customer service and consultation skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Willingness and ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights and weekends.
THE DETAILS
This is a part-time, seasonal position and we are seeking someone who can begin between mid to late November 2024. This role is entitled to competitive wages, a culture of Teamwork, Collaboration & Continuous learning. As well as a 20% In-store discount on purchases.
