We are looking for Enthusiastic and Experienced Guest Service Agents to join our team! Seasonal Part-time position available from June – mid-October.

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and hospitality to our guests. You possess and demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, while being able to identify all touch points that make up the entire visitor experience at Sidney Whale Watching. Your goal will be to ensure that customers enjoy a positive and memorable experience from start to finish. Smiling comes naturally to you.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • General office duties including opening, closing, ongoing organization, office cleaning.
  • Communicate our unique experiences to potential customers and convert them to booked guests.
  • Check-in guests for tour departures.
  • Learn and use our tour reservation system for bookings, payments and notes.
  • Manage guest expectations and communicate important tour and safety information.
  • Communicate guest information with tour leaders and skippers and assist where needed.
  • Support marketing through social media.

Required skills and certifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in English
  • Highly organized
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Ability to think on your feet and have a problem-solving attitude
  • Sales experience is a plus
