If you are looking to find a meaningful and enjoyable volunteer opportunity in community, consider coming to the “Volunteer Fair” taking place on Thursday October 4th from 10am to 3pm in the Michele Pujol Room at the UVic Student Union Building (SUB).
Representatives from close to 60 wonderful community serving agencies covering all sectors of life in our fine community will be in attendance to greet people and talk about the numerous engaging volunteer opportunities that they have available at their various organizations.
Organized by Volunteer Victoria this informative and FREE event is open to all that are looking for a meaningful volunteer experience. So if you want to meet some interesting people, get out in the fresh air, talk to individuals that are working for innovative & caring community based organizations, have fun, and in the process possibly find the right volunteer opportunity for you, then please join us at the FREE October 4th Volunteer Fair at UVic.
