Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers and their dogs in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide treats to dogs and product information and recommendations to customers
- Demonstrate product features and benefits
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and replenish merchandise as needed
- Booking and online scheduling of pet grooming appointments
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Must have experience with dogs.
