Deep Cove Elementary PAC is seeking volunteers for their Winter Fair on December 8th to help run some of the activities such as games, crafts etc between the hours of 5:30 and 8:30. Shifts are in 45 minutes increments, and volunteers may sign up for as many shifts as they like. They are also giving each volunteer 5 tickets per shift to use at the fair. They are welcome to stay and enjoy the fair after their shift is complete.
The Winter Fair is their biggest and most important event of the year and main source for fundraising. This fair makes programs like sports, dance, and other student enhancement programs possible.
Letters of acknowledgement for those collecting volunteer hours will be provided. I have cc'd our volunteer coordinator should you have any further questions. Students may choose to sign up by emailing Jenn at breakfastclub@deepcovepac.ca or Erin vp@deepcovepac.ca
