Quince is a busy cafe located in Sidney. We are currently hiring for part time positions. Successful applicants must be available Saturdays.
We are a close-knit team who works hard to provide superior customer service to our regular customers, as well as many tourists. Experience is an asset but more important is a positive attitude and can-do work ethic.
General duties will include customer service, preparing coffees, some food prep, dishes, cleaning, restocking, and all general tasks that keep everything running smoothly.
Successful candidate will:
-be motivated, well organized and show initiative
-care about providing exceptional customer service, and enjoy doing so
-work as a team player and value creating a positive work environment
-comfortable using a point of sale system and handling cash
-handle constructive feedback well and display a positive attitude
