The District of Saanich is hosting a Job Fair Thursday, January 26th, 2023 from 3:00-6:00 pm
The Career Fair will include a variety of department including Engineering and Public Works / Parks / Fire / Police / Recreation / Community Services / Building Maintenance / IT / Planning and Development / Administrative Support
There are many positions for current students (mostly grade 10 to 12). For example Recreation and Community Services is always looking for Program Assistants/Leaders for our camps or Swim instructors for our two pool facilities or in Public Works as Labourer or Compost Attendant. Otherwise, it is a great place to chat with hiring managers for future career opportunities and discuss types of certifications etc that might be required for specific positions.
