Swans Brewery & Pub are looking to fill full and part-time Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher and Prep Cook positions.
The Kitchen Porter/Dishwasher role is responsible for supporting and assisting in Kitchen operations including cleaning, prepping, portioning and has the potential to move into a cooking role. This position also offers a flexible schedule, ideal for students.
The Prep Cook role is responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking / preparing recipes to specifications, assist in catering, general cleaning and dishwashing, and works closely alongside Line Cooks. This position has a flexible schedule, ideal for students, and has the potential to move into a line cooking role.
