Youth Work In Trades Award

This scholarship is awarded to Youth Work in Trades students still working in their trade 5 months after graduation.  Youth 
Work In Trades graduates must have:

  • been registered in a school district Youth Work In Trades Program prior to graduation
  • graduated with a Grade 12 Dogwood Diploma or Adult Dogwood
  • successfully completed Youth Work In Trades 11A, Youth Work In Trades 11B, Youth Work In Trades 12A and Youth Work In Trades 12B 
  • maintained a C+ average or better on Grade 12 numbered courses
  • continued working or training full-teim in the trade 5 months after secondary school graduation or have 1100 hours reported to Industry Training Authority (ITA)

Youth Work In Trades graduates may apply for the award via Stelly's Secondary School Apprenticeship Co-ordinator.
